  • The MadaJet XL not only functions as an injection device to inject skin tissue, but is the ONLY jet injector that allows physicians to inject through ALL BODY ORIFICES for internal tissue infiltration, (i.e., oral cavity & laryngeal area, vagina & cervix, rectum, ear & nose, open wounds & surgical openings).
  • Provides instant local anesthesia for many procedures as well as adequate anesthesia for deep needle insertion.
  • Due to the small volume of local anesthetics used by jet injection, tissue distention (ballooning experienced with needle injections are virtually eliminated. This allows for better suturing and wound management.

  • Local anesthesia for treatment of incurvated toenail. Provides more than adequate anesthesia in seconds for easy removal of hyperkeratotic tissues and nail spicule; similarly for radical surgical treatment of incurvated toenails.
  • Complete digital block for evolution of the toenail can usually be done without the need for deep-needle insertion.
  • Regional anesthesia for surgical removal of plantar verrucae by curettage or punch method.
  • Excellent for the introduction of medicaments such as sclerosing solutions, steroids, vitamin B-12, etc., etc., into lesions by direct injections.
